How to use this programme
Listen to each video module over separate days, then repeat modules whenever you feel it’s beneficial for you; the more times you listen to them over the days and weeks to come, the more opportunities you get for the messages to embed deeply and for you to practise and develop your skills. Why I developed this programme (and how it could be so relevant for you too)
For many years I've used all kinds of treatments, including osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports massage etc to help me with my own challenges of staying healthy - often brought about by sitting for too long at a desk, or allowing myself to get tight or rigid in my posture. Although generally very active, I found that there are some things which I had difficulty following through with - such as upper body flexibility. The specialists I've used have been great, but I've realised that without me also staying committed and doing the things I need to, alongside their support, then I don't make the progress I want to and tend to fall back into the old ways. I've designed this programme to help you make that connection, to offer you some tools you can use simply and easily at home, so that you feel you are able to take maximum ownership of your health and when you do see specialists, get the maximum benefit from the sessions and their advice. In short, the programme is designed to help you to help yourself and to better work in partnership with any specialists you choose to support you. And to gain the benefit from this programme all you need to do is put aside about 30 minutes to start the process.... sit, chill, close your eyes if you wish... and let me help you to do the rest.... |
