Achieve your goal - a self-hypnosis programme to support recovery from injury or achievement of a physical fitness goal

How to use this programme
Listen to each video module over separate days, then repeat modules whenever you feel it’s beneficial for you; the more times you listen to them over the days and weeks to come, the more opportunities you get for the messages to embed deeply and for you to practise and develop your skills.

Why I developed this programme (and how it could be so relevant for you too)
For many years I've used all kinds of treatments, including osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports massage etc to help me with my own challenges of staying healthy - often brought about by sitting for too long at a desk, or allowing myself to get tight or rigid in my posture. Although generally very active, I found that there are some things which I had difficulty following through with - such as upper body flexibility. The specialists I've used have been great, but I've realised that without me also staying committed and doing the things I need to, alongside their support, then I don't make the progress I want to and tend to fall back into the old ways.

I've designed this programme to help you make that connection, to offer you some tools you can use simply and easily at home, so that you feel you are able to take maximum ownership of your health and when you do see specialists, get the maximum benefit from the sessions and their advice. In short, the programme is designed to help you to help yourself and to better work in partnership with any specialists you choose to support you.

And to gain the benefit from this programme all you need to do is put aside about 30 minutes to start the process.... sit, chill, close your eyes if you wish... and let me help you to do the rest....

Module 1 – Relax and feel good

  • Experience an enhanced sense of well-being
  • Quieten your mind, achieve greater inner peace and focus on what’s important
  • Access your inner strengths and all your abilities

Module 2 – Building your image of success
​
In this module you will:
  • Build on your ability to use a trance state to enjoy increased comfort and motivation towards achieving your goal(s) of well-being
  • Gain increased clarity of what success looks and feels like and what is possible for you to achieve
  • Discover and rehearse some of the key steps you can take to work towards and achieve your goal(s)
  • Increase your mental resilience to stay on track
  • Enjoy increased confidence, energy and focus and practise how to use the power of all your mind to support your journey of well-being

Healing Around The Body
​
This is a supporting trance experience that you can use alongside the above programme. The messages in this hypnosis journey will encourage you to:
  • Visualise a soothing, healing beam of light as you use it to encourage the natural healing powers of your own mind and body
  • Access a deep relaxation to allow your body to reset and re-energise
  • Sleep more easily and deeply
  • Learn how to relax one part of your body at a time
  • Feel an enhanced sense of well-being and balance
