I’m Martin Johnson and I work with individuals and organisations to support them to achieve growth and fulfil their maximum potential.

​Being average is simply not an option for me. I invest continually in my own development, I challenge myself continually, and I continually adapt and enhance the way I work with my clients, bringing new ideas, approaches and staying fresh - so that I help them think and act differently to increase their success.

​I work with people from age 14 to 70. Each phase in life brings it's own challenges and opportunities.

I often find that my clients and contacts will ask me to work with other members of their family. A mother might ask me to work with her son or daughter. Or a daughter I coach in business, may recommend me to a parent. They do this because they place great trust in my ability and skill to work with their loved ones and they know they will be in safe hands.​

• Neuroscience - how our brains work. I also study various aspects of psychotherapy which provide insights into facilitating changes in thinking, unconscious awareness and the vast potential of our human minds.

• Emotional Intelligence - knowing how our own behaviours affect us and those we live and work with, and how to manage this positively.​
